📦 Do you ship Australia-wide?
Yes! We ship Australia-wide, except for restricted states (NT, TAS, and WA), which require a plant concierge service. Those in restricted states please contact us prior to making any purchases.
💳 What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit card payments via Stripe, direct bank transfer.
🌱 Can I pick up my order?
Yes, you can pick up your order if you live locally to the Central Queensland area. Please contact us before making purchases on-line as you will be charged a shipping fee.
🚚 How can I track my order?
We use Australia Post for our mail order. Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow its journey!
