Description
Vriesea ‘Kaichi Nishimoto‘ is a medium to large hybrid developed by D Shiigi in 1991. A cross between Vriesea fosteriana and ‘Pahoa Beauty,’ this cultivar grows to an impressive 30 inches tall. Its leaves are strappy and spaced, narrower than the typical fosteriana variety. The lower foliage is bluish-green, transitioning to lavender in the upper part of the plant, with a delicate tessellated pattern. Pinkish tips highlight the overall look, making it an excellent choice for collectors and enthusiasts alike.
